FROM THE SAME FICTIONAL SEASON

A win reaches beyond the scorecard.

Teagan Wood and Wren Zephyr won 6-3, 6-2. Here’s what followed.

MESSY IN. CLEAN EXCITEMENT OUT.

The easy scores are easy.
We care about the awkward ones.

Real club play. Real corrections. Real feedback. Doubles partners, makeups and super tiebreaks get the attention they deserve.

We speak spreadsheet.

Merged cells. Three versions of “final.” A roster in one file and scores in another. The mess is the starting point, not a reason to start over.

“final-final-v3” is a perfectly normal cry for help.

We speak the game.

Makeup matches belong to the right round. A draft upset and an Elo upset aren’t always the same thing. League context matters.

We can fix the score sheet. Your footwork is between you and your pro.

The odd cases matter most.

Duplicate results, missing scores, corrected winners, inactive players and ties. Check the exception, show the issue, keep a correction history. Don’t guess and hope.

If the numbers don’t agree, confidence is not a calculation.
ASSISTED REVIEW

Names, not guesswork.

“Addy” might be Adrian North. We confirm aliases and missing partners before recording a result. One-click alias merging is planned.

CONFIRMED SCORES

A decider isn’t ten games.

Super-tiebreak points stay out of regulation game stats. Points-only imports remain points-only. Pro sets and injury retirements get a review, not an invented score.

PLANNED GUARDRAIL

Ringers need their own rules.

Provisional K-factors for temporary substitutes are planned. Today, an unfamiliar player or format needs organizer review before entering the rated ledger.

WORKING IN THE PILOT

Corrections leave a receipt.

Recorded edits retain an audit history and rebuild the ratings from the result ledger. Nobody quietly loses 20 points overnight.

The fictional demo illustrates scoring and correction cases. Organizers review uncertain inputs before publication.

Bring us your league’s awkward bits

GROUND UP. COURTSIDE.

Built by tennis players.
25+ years building web software.

EloCup is independently developed in Central Florida by tennis players with backgrounds in software and data visualization.

We focus on clear results, useful player insights and tools that help organizers follow the season. Feedback helps us improve the details.

THE GAME DESERVES GOOD SOFTWARE.

Respect the rules.
Sweat the details.
Leave room for the banter.

A great league has its own character. The people, the rivalries, the running jokes. The software should make that easier to enjoy.

Explore the player experience

The result, at a glance.

Season standings and the latest recorded round answer the first question: who won? Captain identities and the stakes give the numbers a little life.

Everyone gets a dossier.

Find a player, open their profile, and see partners, opponents, sets, rating changes and earned honors. No player account required.

Matches with receipts.

Balanced scorecards show every set, bracketed super tiebreaks, winning pairs, draft gaps and both sides of the Elo swing.

A season worth following.

An executive dispatch, court honors and memorable upsets give the commissioner a publication instead of another wall of email text.

Built for the group chat.

Mobile share actions and copyable links make a great result easy to pass around. Share player progress and memorable results.

A separate option for self-run club competitions.

EloCup for Clubs has its own setup and organizer permissions. Following an existing league with Track keeps your usual league tools and routine.
